Don Daszkowski is a founder, board member, and platform builder with 25+ years of experience scaling tech-enabled, membership-based businesses. He has founded and exited multiple companies and is known for building platforms that connect professionals, create recurring revenue models, and drive long-term enterprise value.
Don founded International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG), which completed two private equity transactions and became one of the largest professional ecosystems in franchising. Earlier, he founded BusinessMart, which was acquired by a publicly traded company, and co-founded Education Workers Group, which was later acquired by a private equity sponsor.
In addition to hands-on experience building companies and serving in the boardroom, Don continues to refine his leadership through executive education at Wharton.
Don’s mantra is “preparation meets opportunity.” This phrase, which Don adapted from Roman philosopher Seneca, describes Don’s approach to business and life.
Don Founded the the number one franchise broker network, International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG) in 2012. IFPG is the only private equity-backed franchise broker network.
